This is a fantastically balanced blend, giving a very well-rounded cup. I generally gravitate towards strong/directed flavour profiles, so was surprised how much I enjoyed this blend, and am ordering another bag.
It’s been very easy to brew, giving good results with a range of brews methods, grind settings etc.
