Just brewed this as drip on the moccamaster this morning. Went for a recipe of 60g to 1000g water. Really excellent balanced coffee! Cools down and body thickens up a bit. Would recommend especially if you’re just getting into coffee and are looking for a great morning cup. Will definitely purchase again!
